JS Media Partners is a trade name of Hugh O'Shea, PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida professional limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through jsmediapartners.com and our related business services (the "Services") when you visit as a licensed insurance producer, agency, or other business contact.
If you are a consumer who submitted a request for insurance information, a separate consumer privacy policy applies to you. Please refer to the policy posted on the page where you submitted your request.
Information you provide. When you book a consultation, submit a form, purchase services, or complete onboarding, we may collect:
Information collected automatically. IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and analytics identifiers. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta and Google.
Call and message records. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law. We retain text message records and consent records.
We do not sell business contact information to third parties for their independent marketing.
Where you purchase our services, we deliver consumer personal information to you as part of that service.
Once delivered, you become an independent controller of that information. You are responsible for handling it in compliance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and Do Not Call requirements, the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy laws. You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy and for honoring consumer rights requests directed to you.
This policy does not govern your handling of consumer information. Your obligations are set out in the Master Services Agreement.
We retain business client records for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable tax, contract, and recordkeeping rules. Consent and Do Not Call records are retained as required by telemarketing law.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Note that some state privacy laws exclude information collected in a purely business-to-business context — where an exemption applies, these rights may be limited.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
We may still send you transactional messages about your account, billing, and service delivery.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
